His journey began at the age of 19 while studying at a university. Started as a waiter and then a bartender in Prague restaurants, Tomás went the extra mile to go out into the world by working time in the United Kingdom. After spending precious working time as a courtesy club, he fell in love with the hospitality world. This was followed by a journey through the positions of restaurant managers at 5-star resorts at Prague & Czech, then across the ocean to the Caribbean paradise as Director of Food & Beverage as a milestone in his career path.
